We have been roasting coffee in Pirna’s city center since 1880. Since 2010 we have also been running a café opposite this venerable location. In this café we serve our guests from Monday to Saturday in the daily business with our 16 coffees, which we prepare in different ways. In addition, we offer wines, small dishes and a variety of sweet things.
In this environment we are looking for personnel reinforcement. Ideally, you have professional experience with coffee, especially with semi-automatic machines. You know the importance of crema and temperature for the result. In addition, you may even be familiar with baked goods, wines and spirits and can thus be a complete help to our sales and service team.
Age, gender and religion are irrelevant. What counts is your enthusiasm for the product, for your guests, a little flexibility in day-to-day business (sometimes the café is full, sometimes we need help with sales) and willingness to learn about our many hundreds of products. We want to constantly improve and are therefore looking for perfectionists, idealists and people who love dealing with people.
Our work is team play. In this environment, you help shape your area of responsibility. We hold back with announcements “from above”. As a person who thinks actively, you can thrive here.
We will respond as much as possible to your roster requests. In any case, you can enjoy unusually stable working hours here for gastronomy, without Sundays and long evenings.
