Your tasks in our team
Maintaining and updating billing-relevant data, taking into account legal, collective bargaining and operational regulations
Processing of clients’ monthly payroll accounting, including all preparatory and follow-up activities
Processing of the required certification system and correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
your qualification
Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a payroll clerk (m/f/d) or wage and salary specialist (m/f/d)
Professional experience in payroll accounting
Confident handling of common MS Office applications; Knowledge of tax software or an accounting system desirable
